Permissions & Roles

Translators translate, editors approve the translations. Everything else is done by the admins.

In order to make the experience as easy as possible, we kept the Roles very simple to avoid complicated permissions. There are 3 different Roles in Transiyzi teams: "Admin", "Editor", and "Translator".

Below, I am detailing what each role can do:

  1. Admin Role:

    • Invite new people to the team (or remove existing members) and promote them to the "Editor" or "Translator" role.

    • Approve translations that have been made.

  2. Editor Role:

    • Invite new people to the team as "Translator".

    • Approve translations that have been made. (Proofreading)

  3. Translator Role:

    • Suggest translations. The translation suggestions need to be approved.
